Sushi master Yves Bada Komlan completes the culinary diversity offered by the establishment. Originally from Togo, this chef developed his know-how in Senegal & Nigeria with more than 16 years of experience. He was able to develop his experience thanks to his numerous travels, his training with Chef Masato of Buddha-Bar Paris and his inventiveness which makes him a reference today.

Ayoka’s new sushi-bar menu reveals dishes with frank and delicate flavors, whose cuisine is inspired by Japanese influences.

Chef Komlan has mastered the art of sushi which he executes with care using the best ingredients combined with a beautiful presentation in front of customers.
